An Overview of Hiring
For the roles of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers), honorarium-based applications from qualified female applicants are welcomed in accordance with Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 and the clarification order of July 14, 2023.

Procedure for Application
In order to apply, candidates must send their full application forms (see Annexure “A”) to the Office of the Child Development Project Officer Akhnoor, together with the necessary supporting documentation.
Completed forms will be returned without explanation, and applicants are not eligible to run. Prior to the selection process, the department maintains the right to modify the listed positions in accordance with its needs.
Verification of Documents
Within a week following the deadline for application submission, shortlisted candidates will go through document verification. Original application-related documentation need to be shown.
