Srinagar, December 19 (KNS): An app that promised a double return on investment vanished from Srinagar today, sparking a 59 Core scam that has rocked the valley.
According to information received by Kashmir News Service (KNS), Creative Curative Surveys Pvt. Ltd. is embroiled in a financial scandal that has gone viral on social media in Jammu and Kashmir. The app is alleged to have taken in an enormous sum of money—59 crores—from regular investors.
According to reports, the app has left users in the dark despite its promise to double investments in ten to fifteen days. The app is currently unresponsive, which has sparked protests outside its closed Srinagar office.
Protesters in Srinagar pointed the finger at well-known YouTuber Idrees Mir, whose support supposedly inspires people to invest. Another social media influencer, Yawar Wani, is reportedly another brand ambassador for the app. He even asserted that he has personally confirmed the app’s legitimacy and security.
