Removing Assistant Professor Positions from Government Degree Colleges

The positions for Assistant Professor in Early Child & Teacher Education Wellness & Naturopathy (Human Development) in Government Degree Colleges, which were initially advertised through Notification No. 17-PSC(DR-P) of 2023 dated 15.05.2023, have sadly been withdrawn in accordance with the Higher Education Department’s communication, as stated in letter No. HED-GAZ/402/2022-04 dated 27.06.2023.

By contacting the J&K Public Service Commission through email at jkpscrefund2023@gmail.com, applicants who have submitted applications for these positions may ask for a return of their application fees.

Extension of the deadline for applications for medical officers

Pay close attention, aspirants! In accordance with Notification No. 37-PSC(DR-P) of 2023, dated 10.08.2023, the deadline for submitting online applications for the Medical Officer (Allopathic) vacancies has been extended. The new due date is now September 5, 2023. Keep in mind that the eligibility deadline is still August 26, 2023.

Filling Vacancies at Government Medical Colleges That Have Been Gazetted

All enthusiastic applicants are invited! The initial application deadline for Gazetted Vacancies in Government Medical Colleges, which was 03.08.2023, has been extended till 05.09.2023. The new deadline is 05.09.2023. Keep in mind that the eligibility deadline is set for August 19, 2023.

Exams for assistant professors, written

We are glad to inform all qualified applicants about the upcoming Written Test (Objective Type), which will be held by the Higher Education Department in order to fill Assistant Professor jobs in a variety of fields at Government Degree Colleges.

Admit Card Details

Starting on September 5, 2023, admit cards will be available on the Commission’s website. Until August 8, 2023, you can visit the Commission office in Jammu/Srinagar if you experience any difficulties downloading your admit card.

• Please read the directions on the admissions card very carefully.
• Only applicants who meet the eligibility requirements indicated in the aforementioned Notification(s) are permitted to participate in the Written Examination.
• Please be informed that consent to take the Written Examination is provisional and subject to eligibility and document verification at any stage of the selection process.
• Candidates who are discovered to have lied about or omitted material eligibility information will have their applications rejected at any stage of the selection process.
