Hello dear readers, welcome to INDIARESULTS, today in this article I Imran Bashir will tell you about the crucial issue effecting the future of thousands of students of our state Jammu and Kashmir. Read full article for complete details.

By refusing to accept class 10th examination forms from students enrolled in private schools established on state land, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) has created uncertainty. Despite a stay order issued by the J&K High Court against a government directive, this decision has raised serious concerns.
Background Information:
The issue stems from the J&K government’s 2022 amendment to the Education Act 2002, which introduced new guidelines for private schools on state land. As a result, such schools were ordered closed, affecting approximately 2 lakh students.
Intervention by the Law:
The proprietors of private schools sought relief from the J&K High Court, which granted a stay on the government’s order. Despite this, JKBOSE’s refusal to accept examination forms has jeopardised students’ academic goals.
Concerns and inquiries:
Ghulam Nabi Var, President of the Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir, questions JKBOSE’s rejection of forms despite the High Court’s stay. He emphasises that the case is still in court, pleading with the government to allow these students to take the board exams.
Request for Government Action:
The President suggests that the government assist these students because their future is at stake. Exam form submissions began on November 29, 2023, and a deadline extension is requested to address the pressing issue.
Finally, despite legal intervention, JKBOSE’s refusal to accept examination forms is cause for concern. The government’s prompt action is critical to ensuring these students’ academic success.
