MeT forecasts mostly dry and cold weather in J&K until December 21.
“Dry and cold weather is expected to continue over most of J&K until the 21st of December, with the possibility of a brief spell of very light snow at isolated extreme higher reaches of the North & North Eastern parts of Kashmir Division during the night of the 16th Dec.” He said
