January 02, Srinagar (KNO): The draft committee’s suggestions and proposals for the creation of a madrassa board in Jammu and Kashmir have been requested by the school education department.
The Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has agreed to form a draft committee with four members in this regard, according to the news organisation Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
It states, “The formation of a Draft Committee with four officials who will draft a comprehensive proposal regarding the establishment of a Madrassa Board in J&K is sanctioned.”
According to DSEK, the Committee will meet from January 3–7 at its headquarters. “They must deliver their proposal and recommendations to DSEK by January 10, 2024, at the latest.”—(KNO)
