SRINAGAR: Abid Mushtaq of Jammu and Kashmir became the second player from the region to secure a spot in the Indian Premier League, following Rasikh Salam.
The Rajasthan Royals have acquired Abid, an all-round player from Doda who is renowned for his reliable performances across the country, for his base price of Rs 20 Lakh.
At the same price, Rasikh Salam, another player, was also acquired by the Delhi Capitals. This acquisition comes after the previously mentioned one.
